Air Arabia expands

KATHMANDU: Air Arabia — the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) —has announced the introduction of its new European destination, Prague in Czech Republic.

Air Arabia’s inaugural flight to the city will commence on December 11, as per a press statement.

A cake-cutting ceremony was organised in Kathmandu on Wednesday to toast the announcement of its destination. Vishnu Kumar Agarwal, honorary consul general of Czech Republic; Shrinkhala Khatiwada, Miss Nepal World 2018; Sachin Nene, regional manager of Air Arabia; Faraaz Khan, country manager of Air Arabia and Subarna Chhetri, promoter of The Hidden Treasure Nepal jointly cut a cake to celebrate Air Arabia’s announcement.
