KATHMANDU: Asian Paints Nepal announced the winners for Architecture Students Design Competition 2018-19 on Sunday.

The Kaleidoscope - All Nepal Architecture Students Design Competition 2018-19, was launched on January 7 with participation of 30 students from Acme Engineering College, IOE Pulchowk Campus, Kathmandu Engineering College, Nepal Engineering College, Himalaya College of Engineering, Khwopa Engineering College and IOE Thapathali Campus.

The project was to design the Academic Research Centre for Thapathali Campus, Mechanical Department, Balkhu, Kirtipur, as per a statement issued by the company. The winner of the competition was Shreejan Mushyaju from Khwopa Engineering College, while first runner-up award was bagged by Aastha Shrestha from IOE, Pulchowk Campus.

The second runner-up was Heena Shrestha from Khwopa Engineering College. The two consolation prize winners were Shreya Singh from Kathmandu Engineering College and Aayush Shrestha from Kathmandu Engineering College
