NB Bank’s new logo

KATHMANDU: Nepal Bangladesh Bank launched its new corporate logo in Kathmandu, on Friday.

While making public the new logo, Jalal Ahmed, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, said that along with the launch of the new logo the bank had now entered a new phase. Ahmed mentioned that the new logo would help enhance the bank’s image and reiterated that the bank would further enhance its services.

As per a media statement, till the second quarter of the current fiscal year the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 4.01 billion. Its deposit collection stands at Rs 41.03 billion and loans at Rs 36.20 billion.

The bank’s net profit in the review period stands at over Rs 540 million. It has been providing services through 43 branches, seven branchless banking services, two extension counters and 39 ATMs.
