KATHMANDU: Bodies of eight Indian nationals, who died in a plane crash in Jomsom on Monday, have been handed over to their families. The bodies were handed-over today to their families in the presence of officials of the Indian Embassy after postmortem at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH), Maharajgunj. Preparations are underway to send the remaining five bodies to India tomorrow, according to the Indian Embassy. Fifteen people including two crew members died in a plane crash of Agni Air while it was making its flight to Jomsom from Pokhara. There were 21 people including three crew members in the board. Six persons were rescued alive from the incident site. |
