Ingredients:
4 whole skinned & deboned chicken breasts
3/4 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
2 egg
1 tablespoon water
Salt, pepper
Oil for deep-frying
Preparation:
Flatten chicken and season each with salt, pepper and ginger.
3 steps for dipping the chicken piece.
First, dip the entire chicken piece in flour.
Second, dip entire chicken piece in egg mixture.
Third, coat the chicken piece with bread crumbs.
In fry pan heat 1/4 inch of cooking oil.
Place the chicken gently in the pan.
Saute 4-6 minutes on each side.
Serve hot with lemon.
