KATHMANDU: Camera constantly flashed as photographers tried to capture Malina Joshi and her winning moment of being crowned the  Lux Hidden Treasure Miss Nepal 2011 within their frames. With much determination to carry the responsibility of the crown, Joshi glowed with ecstasy because of her achievement. She was on the top of the world and her face made it evident.
“I can’t express my feeling with words right now. This means a lot to me,” exclaimed 23-year old Joshi with the Miss Nepal 2011 crown steady on her head. Overjoyed with the dream of being a Miss Nepal becoming a reality this girl of Sunsari was all smiles.
When asked what made her the winner, she simply replied, “I won the title because of my persistence. Also I was confident. As soon as I walked to the stage I got the confidence required to win the title.” 
She shared that she had felt terrible when she couldn’t win Miss Angel 2010 and that motivated her to her to take part in Miss Nepal.  She had won the title of Miss Intellect then.
Though she had lucky number 7 as her contestant number this Aquarian girl took home the title all thanks to her intellect, confidence and
determination.
