'No ethnicity-based federalism'

BIRATNAGAR: The United Struggle Committee, Morang, has demanded not to federalise the country based on ethnicity.
The United Struggle Committee comprises Kshetri Samaj Nepal, Brahmin Samaj, Nepal, Khas-Kshetri Ekta Samaj Nepal, Nepal Dasnami Samaj, Thakuri Samaj and Dalit Janajagaran Sewa Sang among others organisations.
The Committee has stressed for coordination among the political parties to maintain national integrity and communal harmony demanding to include in the list of indigenous community. Committee has also called for Nepal banda on May 10 and 11 to pile pressures on the bodies concerned for their recognition as indigenous group.

Failure is not being unable to perform but being unable to attempt !! Promulgating Limbuwan, Newah.... enshrined Constitution would have meant bringing Civil War --- that has been postponed for now.... for two-three years. If Nepal is to be saved this whole notion of federalism has to be killed..... roll back federalism. I am very happy that the Constitution Assembly has been dissolved !!!! please do not give bias information ..we were just making our voice heard!! we want change..lets voice for change..ethnic based federalism is even practised in INDIA , US ,CHINA, switzerland..and they are the most successful nation in the world...so lets voice for change.. vishal limbu, ktm

True.. While all the countries are moving ahead our country is moving backwards... This is not the time to fight with each other its time to unite and join hands together for the development of our country.. Shame on people who brought this nasty idea up..
