'Statute will meet deadline'

TANSEN: Minister for Local Development Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has said that the constitution will be promulgated within the slated time-frame.
Speaking at an interaction organised by the All Nepal Trade Union, Palpa, he said the government is committed to promulgate the constitution within May 27 deadline.
Minister Rayamajhi claimed that though some forces have been plotting against the constitution writing process, the major political parties will forge political consensus on the disputed issues appeared during the constitution writing process and promulgate the constitution.
