KATHMANDU: A woman was killed in a road accident at Swyambhu in the Capital on Friday.


The deceased has been identified as Bhagawati Lamichhane (45).


She died after a bus (BA 2 KHA 6006) belonging to the Samyukta Yatayat hit her near Sano Bharyang.


The bus was heading towards Kalanki.


Police have arrested the driver and impounded the vehicle.
