2 women caught while stealing

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two Indian women - Anju Giri and Sinu Giri – on the charge of breaking into Hattiban-based house of Man Bahadur Tamang in Lalitpur Municipality-15.
Police have confiscated Rs 6896 cash, a gold chain made up of one tola, three sets of wrist watches, a gold ring, along with some weapons.
It is learnt that the locals handed over the duo to the Metropolitan Police Sector, Satdobato after catching them red-handed from the house of Tamang last night, police said.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
