3 Khotang families rendered homeless by fire

The Raut families have taken shelter with their neighbors.
KHOTANG: Three families at Pauwasera VDC-5 in Khotang district were left high and dry after their houses were gutted in a fire on Tuesday.
Local Ram Bahadur Raut, Dan Bahadur Raut, and Karna Bahadur Raut of Chiuribote in the VDC became helpless after their cash, stored crops and other belongings were turned into cinder, said police.
The Raut families have taken shelter with their neighbors. Reasons behind the fire have not been ascertained as yet.
