JHAPA: Four persons were arrested for illegal possession of weapons from Damak-6, Jhapa.
Organising a press meet on Wednesday, police made public the arrestees—Sujan Rai, 19, Anish Rai, 22, Anil Rai, 25 and Dan Bahadur Rai, 27 of Bhojpur. Among them, Anish claimed he is a People's Liberation soldier at Mohattari-based Second Division.
A pistol, five bullets, khukuris and knives from them were sized from the, said chief of Damak Area Police Officer Nabin Karki.
