According to the District Police Office‚ he had raped the woman at a hotel at Jumla road in Surkhet on May 29.
SURKHET: Police arrested Basanta Karki of Birendranagar-6 on Monday on the charge of his involvement in raping a Canadian woman.
According to the District Police Office, he had raped the woman at a hotel at Jumla road in Surkhet on May 29.
Police arrested him on the basis of complaint filed by the woman at the Tourism Police Office in Pokhara.
