LALITPUR: Anand Bahety and Sonu Agrawal won the Ford City Chase Version 3.0 Car Treasure hunt here at the Satdobato Swimming Complex today.
The duo reached the finish line first after completing their three-hour task cracking the clues that were kept at 16 different locations. The winners got two sets of Parrot AR Drone – flying video game. Nitish Sari and Rashik Khadka finished second and earned two sets of Parrot Handsfree System, while Ayush Dhaubanju and Sohyal Karki ended up third to pocket two sets of Waxoyl Exterior Standard Protection Packagae.
Every participating team – with a drive and navigator – was given a treasure map with clues of 16 different task points. Using the clues given on the map, the participants had to find the task points and finally completing it.
The tasks varied from making the participants changing their own tyres at Ford Service Station, finding their own photographs and tagging their friends to it on www.facebook.com/fordnepal page, buying a list of products in Pashupati, meeting old people at Pashupati Old-age home, counting prayer wheels at Bouddha, drinking bitter gourd juice and wall climbing.
The event, open to all private cars, was organised by JA Forum, a unit under the student council of Kathmandu College of Management.
