RAUTAHAT: District Police Office, Rautahat on Saturday made public five persons, who were apprehended for carrying weapons and involving in underground group.
Police nabbed Bhojpura Command In-charge of Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (Jwala Singh), Jaisi Giri aka Shakti Singh from Gaur municipality-4 with hand-made gun, its bullets, Nepali and Indian mobile SIM cards, three mobile sets and party documents. A case of Arms and Ammunition has been filed against him.
Similarly, a case of abduction has been registered against Ganga Sahani of the same party by arresting him from Garuda bazaar while collecting donation on May 13.
Likewise, police on Saturday made public three youths including Deepak Chaudhary of Rampurwa-3, Surendra Chaudhary of Amaba-6 and Binod Chaudhary of Sinhasani-7 of Bara district for allegedly carrying weapons. Police registered case related to arms and ammunition against them.
