The press communiqué issued by the Federation states that federalism with identity should be included in the constitution while supporting the agitation of the all the nationalities.

BIRATNAGAR: The Marginally Backward Class Federation Morang has demanded constitution on time while objecting to the proposal for three months extension of the CA by the government.


At a press meet organised by the Federation's Morang chapter here today, its president Ramchandra Bhandari warned that they will resort to agitation all over the country if the constitution was not promulgated by May 27.


The press communiqué issued by the Federation states that federalism with identity should be included in the constitution while supporting the agitation of the all the nationalities.


The communiqué says the Kewat, Badahi, Kumhar, Rajdhob, Chaurasiya, Mali, Barai, Malaha, Haluwai Hajam, Amat, Kanu Kalawar, Sonar, Rajghar, Lohar, Baniya, Jogiya and Bin communities are neglected by the state in the past and do not have national identity so far.
