Big fish plotting against statute: Minister Yadav

JANAKPUR: Minister without portfolio, Raj Lal Yadav, has said the three big political parties were hatching conspiracy against bringing first draft of the constitution on time.
At a press meet organised by Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Republican), Dhanusha here on Thursday, Minister Yadav warned that Madhes would launch another movement if the first draft of the constitution was not brought within mid May.
Responding to a query, Minister Yadav said there would be one province throughout Madhes with self determination right.
However, he said the country would get new constitution addressing the rights of every ethnic communities.
