LALITPUR: Police on Saturday arrested two Indian nationals, Anju Giri and Sinu Giri, on the allegation of committing burglary. The two had allegedly broken into the house of Man Bahadur Tamang of Hattiban, Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-15, on Friday midnight, according to police. Local people had caught them in the act and informed police. Police have recovered Rs 6, 896, gold chain of one tola , watches and iron tools from the two.

One found dead

KATHMANDU: Ramesh Chaudhari (35) alias ‘Porche’ of Nawalparasi was found dead in Jyatha, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-29, on Sunday. Police informed that they are investigating the case.

Bikes gutted

LALITPUR: Two motorbikes, parked on the premises of Mangalal Maharjan’s house at Tyagal in Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-17, were completely in fire at around 1.30 pm on Saturday. Police said further investigation into the incident is under way.
