DAMAK: Bus helper Binod Silwal died when a bus belonged to Koshi transportation turned turtle at Yalamber Chowk of Satashidham of Jhapa district on Monday morning. Twenty-five others were also injured during the mishap. The injured are undergoing treatment in Damak.
17 injured in truck
RAMECHHAP: Seventeen people were injured when a mini truck heading to Gagal area from the district headquarters Mantahli met with an accident at Pakarbas on Monday afternoon, police said. Out of them eight were critically injured and they have been undergoing treatment at Manthali-based Tamakoshi Cooperative hospital. The other injured are undergoing treatment at the local health facility, police informed. The ill-fated truck had fallen 15 meters down from the road.
