CC meet put off till Wednesday

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Problem Resolution (PR) sub-committee has postponed the meeting of the Constitutional Committee (CC) under the Constituent Assembly(CA) till Wednesday morning.
The postponement is also expected to influence the House meeting slated for Tuesday afternoon.
PR subcommittee took such decision on Monday morning at Singha Drubar after major political parties sought two more days from Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the Legislature-Parliament to forge consensus on debated issues in statute.
Parties were expected to settle the prickliest issues of the constitution by today as per the earlier understanding reached at the BAC.
