KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Monday decided to ask the authorities concerned whether or not the prime minister, ministers, chairman and vice-chairperson of the Constituent Assemlby furnished their property details as per the Prevention of Corruption Act-2059 BS and CIAA Act-2048BS.

In this connection, the CIAA has decided to immediately seek the name list from the Chief Secretary and General Secretary of the CA Secretariat.
