CIB nabs 3 indicted fugitives

KATHMANDU: Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police on Wednesday nabbed three fugitives who had been convicted on the charge of faking bills by Kathmandu District Court three years ago.
Arrested - Hom Prasad Gautam (44) of Chaurpokhari-2, Kavre, Kedar KC (43) of Khopasi-2, Kavre and Navaraj Dhakal (43) of Chauripokhari-9, Kavre- had been convicted by Kathmandu Distirct Court on the ground of faking bills in cahoots with the Nepali Army officials while supplying goods three years ago.
Of the three, two convicts - Hom Prasad Gautam and Kedar KC have been handed over to the Kathmandu District Court while another defendant Navaraj Dhakal has been sent to Metropolitan Police Range Hanumandhoka for necessary action as his case is still sub-judice.
