Childcare centre robbed of Rs 1.5 lakh

KATHMANDU: A five-member gang of buglers on Monday afternoon has robbed cash and valuables worth over Rs 1.5 lakh from a childcare centre operated by Uttar Tamata.
It is learnt that the buglers broke into the Khokana-based childcare centre and made off with television, laptop, and camera set each, gold jewelries including other goods at gun point today.
Police are conducting a manhunt for the culprits and launching an investigation into the incident.
