SYANGJA: The locals in Seti Dovan Village Development Committee (VDC) of the district have built the Andhikhola Community Hospital at Seti Dovan.
Although adjoining the District Headquarters, the Seti Dovan VDC lacked a hospital.
Realising the need of a hospital in their locality, the people there teamed up to build the community hospital.
The hospital has been built at a cost of Rs. 4 million collected from a Mahayagya (a religious function) held at Seti Dovan last year.
The hospital has been built with the coordination of the Andhikhola Development and Clean Environment Network.
The hospital will come into operation with the start of the fiscal year 2012/13, it is learnt.
