Dahal to continue as Administrative Court chairman

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on May 24 has reappointed Kashiraj Dahal as Chairman of the Administrative Court for five years. Before this, Dahal had already served in the same post for five years.
Dahal, who was also the member of the Nepal Law Commission and Secretary of the Judiciary Council, had served as the coordinator for drafting of the Right to Information Act and Working Journalist Act.
He had also worked as member of different commissions including the Mallik Commission.
Around two dozen books including the 'Constituent Assembly', 'Mass Communication and law', 'Constitutional Law', among others, written by Dahal are his published works.
