Everton's Jagielka misses FA Cup semi-final

LONDON: England international Phil Jagielka was left on the Everton substitutes bench for Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Liverpool at Wembley.
Jagielka was a surprise omission as boss David Moyes opted for a back four comprising captain Phil Neville, Sylvain Distin, Johnny Heitinga and fullback Leighton Baines.
Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish meanwhile included Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll in his starting line-up.
Jamie Carragher and Daniel Agger also came into the side after being rested for last week's Premier League win over Blackburn.
Liverpool: Jones, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Agger, Gerrard, Spearing, Henderson, Downing, Carroll, Suarez
Everton: Howard, Neville, Distin, Heitinga, Baines, Osman, Fellaini, Gibson, Gueye, Cahill, Jelavic.
