Inarguably, development projects aim at improving the subnormal condition of a given area of project implementation. There are various things as the must ingredients of project planning and implementation. But due to incongruence between them, a project may not reach its aspired goal...Identification of problem is a crucial aspect in project designing. But the designers fail to achieve the targeted mission when they attempt to solve a wrong problem. They, indeed, need to identify the cause and effect relationship because problem doesn’t happen in isolation. When we head to the defining stage of project cycle, a clear-cut definition of what the project is aiming for should be on the way. Choosing the high goals with low input level or low goals with high input level will result in dysfunction of the project. Designing of the project should also be realistic...if flaws pertain to the deep down of our working styles, we will not have the Result Based Management.
