Fergie shows off improved curves on holiday

LONDON: Fergie shows her lovely lady lumps in a revealing bikini as she enjoys the last day of her sunshine holiday, reported British daily The Sun on Wednesday.

The Black Eyed Peas singer looked bustier than ever in a skimpy striped two-piece as she posed under a straw umbrella in Cancun, Mexico.

And she revealed a tanned washboard tum - the result of a gruelling exercise regime which has her working out for up to two hours a day, six days a week.

The 37-year-old blonde, who flew out to the resort on Saturday, was enjoying a romantic break with hubby Josh Duhamel when the sexy snap was taken.

And she tweeted the picture with the words: “Adios, Cancun.”

The American star recently revealed she keeps fat-free by walking for 45 to 60 minutes on an uphill treadmill – both forwards and backwards - as part of her two-hour regime.

She also tones her legs with extra squats, cardio training and ab crunches.

And, while she admits to eating too much junk food in her youth, she now follows a strict diet plan and stops herself gorging on fatty treats by convincing herself they are "poison".

She said: “I'm not going to lie, there are times I play mind tricks on myself, like that the french fries are poison.

“With desserts, I'll let myself have just one bite, but I'll look like a freak when I'm eating it, like when I did Duncan Hines commercials as a kid, just savouring every morsel.”
