Fire at Nepal Telecom's office disrupts lines

BHAKTAPUR: A fire engulfed the office of Nepal Telecom, Bhaktapur branch this morning, leaving some 100 telephone lines disrupted.
Chief at the office Brijesh Kumar Sharma said that the fire broke out due to electric shock in an electric pole located in front of the office.
The inferno also caused damages to the main transmission room, the office said.
Details of the property loss are yet to be ascertained however.
