Flood destroys houses‚ paddy in Humla

HUMLA: Floods in the Ghatte rivulet in Unapani village in Sarkideu VDC, in the south of the district headquarters, Simkot, have washed away two houses and paddy planted on more than 20 ropanis of land.
Former Chairman of the VDC, Man Bahadur Fadera, said the flood also destroyed a hydro power project in the VDC.
