Four charged with attempted kidnapping

KATHMANDU: Police on Saturday arrested four persons and charged them with attempted kidnapping.
The arrestees have been identified as Brasil Gurung (25) of Sarswati-2, Tokha, Gautam Tamang (28) of Kavre district, Misel Pradhan (24) of Baluwatar and Bishwa Chaudhari (25) of Sallghari, Bhaktapur district.
Police said that they were caught red handed when they were trying to force Maheshwor Lal Shrestha (40) of Thapathali into a taxi.
Police said that the case is under investigation.
