NAWALPARASI: Four fighters of Nawalparasi-based PLA Fourth Division’s Hattikhor satellite camp of Shivamandir have been held captive in the camp. A source told THT that camp’s company sub-commander Nishan, section commander Surya, section sub-commander Nischal and Yuganta have been held there since Saturday night. They are accused of vandalism and arson to protest ‘economic irregularities by the commanders’. They are not allowed to meet any one and have also been deprived of phone facility. Camp’s brigade commander Jems said they were being questioned about vandalism they had resorted to.
