KIRTIPUR: Vice-chairman of the CPN-Maoist, CP Gajurel, has said that a way out from the present political stalemate should be found out from a round-table conference of the political parties.
Inaugurating the Fourth National Conference of All Nepal Teachers Organisation in Kirtipur on Saturday, Gajurel said a way out should be sought through a round-table conference of all the political parties, as Nepal is on the verge of becoming a failed state due to the growing political crisis.
He accused the UCPN-Maoist, the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and the Madhesi Front as the major parties that are responsible for the failure of the Constituent Assembly to give constitution to the people.
CPN-Maoist secretary Netra Bikram Chand said that the revolution that has been initiated for the liberation of the Nepali people would continue to move forward until the ultimate goals were achieved.
President of All Nepal National Teachers Organisation, Gunaraj Lohani, pointed out to the need of a new kind of education movement in the country for eradicating the anomalies and aberrations existing in the education sector.
The conference will run for three days. Organisation's representatives and observers from across the country are attending the conference.
