Humlis elated over electricity facility

HUMLA: The people in Sarkidev VDC of Humla district have been elated over the electricity facility.
The VDC was illuminated with the project funded by the energy and environment section of the District Development Committee and some non-governmental organizations.
The locals have heartily thanked the energy section of the DDC for the electrification.
