Ilam‚ Pokhara to join hands to promote tourism

POKHARA: Tourism entrepreneurs of Ilam and Kaski districts have agreed to move ahead by coworking in the tourism promotion sector.
A 47-member team from Ilam Hotel Association and Western Hotel Association Pokhara held discussions and reached the agreement.
The team had tourism entrepreneurs, representatives of political parties, industrialists and media persons.
Hotel Association Ilam Chairman Dawa Lama said they came to co-work with entrepreneurs of Pokhara with the slogan 'Let's visit Ilam and feel good for lifetime'.
Ilam entrepreneurs will support Pokhara entrepreneurs' campaign to develop Pokhara as the tourism capital of Nepal.
It was informed that Ilam has 385 hotels and 65,000 internal and external tourists visiting Ilam and in Pokhara 300,000 tourists visit annually.
