KATHMANDU: Hansraj Hulaschand & Co has launched the Kraftfahrzeuge Trunkenpolz Mattighofen (KTM) brand of world-class motorcycles.

KTM bikes are Europe’s number one sports bike brand produced in Austria. The first KTM to be made available in Nepal will be the KTM Duke 200. The KTM Duke 200 is the only 200cc naked bike with real racing genes. High-tech components, such as the ultra-compact, water-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine developing 25 bhp, the compact three-chamber silencer, ultra light tubular space frame, state-of-the-art injection electronics, 43 mm upside-down fork from WP suspension and elegant light-alloy swing arm ensure maximum riding pleasure, powerful propulsion and dynamic cornering fun.

It is unbeatable with its sensational power-to-weight ratio, thanks to an ultra-low weight of 126 kg. It will be selling the bikes from a new KTM showroom located at Bhim Plaza, Naxal from 16 May. The KTM 200 Duke is priced at Rs 0.34 million.
