JUMLA: Karnali Zonal Hospital, Jumla, has been facing acute shortage of drinking water for long due to lack of hospital management's negligence to this end. Officials and patients at the hospital are hard hit due to lack of drinking water.


Despite being a zonal hospital, the hospital lacks sufficient beds and well-managed equipments. Similarly, the hospital lacks proper toilets and regular power supply, complained the patients.


Jeevan Pariyar, doctor at the Zonal Hospital, expressed his dissatisfaction over the state's apathy to improve the condition of the Hospital.
