Lightning hurts 10 in Achham

ACHHAM: At least 10 persons have been injured by lightning at Dhamali and Barala VDCs in the district on Saturday night.
According to the District Police Office, local Birendra Ale Magar along with nine other persons were injured when the lightning struck them at around 9 pm last night. The identity of the other injured is yet to be ascertained.
The injured have been referred to district hospital, Achham after primary treatment at the local medical, police informed.
A team of police from Kamalbazaar and Turmakhad had rescued the injured.
Similarly, three cattle were also killed by the lightning.
