BHAKTAPUR: Police on Friday detained Kamal Kc (23) of Tikathali-1, Lalitpur with a knife and a scissors while attempting to rob a house.

Locals took the guilty under control when he was trying to rob the house of Pushkar Raj Prasai of Lokhanthali, Madhyapur Thimi today.

Further investigation into the incident is underway.
