Mahato flays Mithila seekers

JANAKPURDHAM: Sadbhawana Party chairman Rajendra Mahato today alleged that Janakpur was breeding disharmony.
Referring to the bandh enforced by the Mithila State Struggle Committee, Mahato said that enforcing bandh for the past ten days would not help establish separate Mithila state.
Speaking at his party’s programme, Mahato said, “People can gain political rights not by indefinite shutdown of marketplaces and affecting the lives of normal people.”
He went on to say, “The indefinite Janakpur bandh has led me to doubt that conspiracies are hatched to secede Madesh into ten provinces.”
