KATHMANDU: UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal held discussions with including Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and other leaders of the party today.
Dahal discussed with the party leaders after inviting them to his residence at a time when the opposition parties have been calling the President to be active to end the present political deadlock.
The leaders discussed the ways to move ahead in the situation that President Dr Ram Baran Yadav rejected the ordinances relating to election recommended by the government.
The leaders also discussed possible ways to resolve the current political crisis, according to Dahal's aide, Shiva Khakurel.
During the meeting, the leaders also held talks on nation-wide cadres training programmes run by the party and policies adopted by the party after the seventh plenum meeting.
