BIRATNAGAR: Minister for Education Dinanath Sharma has expressed confidence that the government would take the peace process and constitution writing to its logical conclusion as the government was serious towards the twin tasks.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Monday, Minister Sharma also informed that internal consensus had been forged among the political parties into the matter.
He accepted that works of peace process were delayed due to technical reason, and claimed the new constitution would be promulgated within the slated timeframe.
The Education Minister further said that the government was serious towards the demands of the teachers, and added the demands will be addressed within March 15 by amending the Education Act after holding discussions with the political parties.
He also urged all to move ahead through dialogue and consensus without calling strikes in the education sector.
