KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party has made an appeal to all to cooperate in order to create a conducive environment that will enable the smooth drafting of the new constitution by not allowing social goodwill to be destabilized.
Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party leader Ram Chandra Paudel, in a press communiqué, called on all sides to cooperate as there was little time for promulgating the constitution of the democratic republic of Nepal.
The party has expressed sadness that Bandh and strikes have been organised and untoward incidents have taken place.
The party said the attack on Bimalendra Nidhi’s house in Janakpur, the attack on Bhim Rawal in an armed police van, the Imadol incident of provocation and attack on the press were worrisome.
