KATHMANDU: Want comfortable, good quality new designs of shoes? If your answer is yes, there is good news for you. With an aim to provide good quality ladies shoes in multiple designs at reasonable prices, Pavitra (Banjade) Shoe Industry has made Shoe Land brand available in the market.
Bhawani Rana, Vice- President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Malvika Subba Miss Nepal 2002 launched the brand at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Durbarmarg, on January 31. It was informed that these shoes are a home product targeted at females as there are no Nepali companies manufacturing ladies footwear.
Suraj Banjade, Managing Director of Pavitra (Banjade) Shoe Industry said, “We have used our decade’s experience to make this footwear and want to promote national product and compete in the international market. We are also trying to create job opportunities within the country.”
He also claimed that these shoes are comfortable, attractive, and durable in comparison to other brands.
From the high heels to flats, these shoes are currently available in 30 different designs in multiple colours affordable for every class of people.
They are available at the company’s outlet at Puykha, New Road, Maha Bouddha and Nepali Jutta Ghar at Rastriya Naach Ghar, Jamal.
Subba has been appointed as a goodwill ambassador of Shoe Land for a year.
