Norvic launches laser technology

KATHMANDU: Norvic International Hospital has claimed that it has successfully accomplished surgery of unusual prostrate (300-gram) through ledger technology without operation for the first time in Nepal.
Neuro Surgeon of Norvice Hospital Dr Bharat Bahadur Bhandari had successfully completed the surgery of Keshab Prasad Pradhan (76) of Lazimpat, Kathmandu through ultramodern Holmium Ledger Technology.
Though operation methodology is generally applied while removing prostrate weighing more than 60 grams, the treatment of 300-gram prostrate through ledger technology is ever first in Nepal, informed Dr Bhandari.
'It is a milestone in the prostrate treatment', said surgeon Dr Bhandari, adding that 'Such treatment through ledger technology will be regularly undertaken in Norvic'.
