KATHMANDU: Youth and students aligned to various opposition political parties today gheraoed prime minister’s official residence in Baluwatar demanding that the resignation of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai is must for political consensus.
As reported, no untoward incident occurred during the protest programme though security was fortified in view of the 9 am-10 am protest against the incumbent government.
Agitating youths and students are also scheduled to meet President Dr Ram Baran Yadav today over the present political deadlock.
"They will meet president after 12:15 pm to submit the public opinions about the present government which they collected during demonstrations and protests," sources confirmed.
Last week, youth from the opposition camp had enforced four-hour strikes every morning.

To whom it may concern, Now leave the gherao and protest. Find out the true goal and true problem. Discuss on that. Don't change your standard after that. Your move does nothing unless you hit content. Leave to hit person, now hit matters so that you can get your dream. My young students leaders, please know why and for what you are doing.
