KATHMANDU: Marking one year in office, Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai will be addressing the nation on Tuesday afternoon. According to Prashant Lamichhane, an aide to Prime Minister Bhattarai, the prime minister is scheduled to address the nation at 3:00pm on Tuesday. In his address to the nation, Bhattarai will assess the achievements made by his government in the last one year. Bhattarai was elected prime minister on August 28 last year with the backing of the United Democratic Madhesi Front.
