PM ready to quit before May 27

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai on Monday said he was ready to resign even before May 27 if the parties could assure him that the constitution will be promulgated on time.
Talking to reporters following a meeting of the Problem Resolution Sub-Committee in Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Bhattarai said his only concern was new constitution.

More than one occassion Dr. Bhattarai said that he will send his resignation letter along with the constitution to the president on May 27th. Give him the benefit of the doubt. All these so called leaders should work towards finishing the constitution on time. Whatever could not be decided will be decided by the newly elected parliament. Shree Shrestha, Madison, WI, USA
