Photo Kipa Expo 2012 kicks off

KATHMANDU: A three-day Photo Kipa Expo-2012 has kicked off at Bhrikutimandap, Pradarshani Marga, from Friday, with a view to promoting photography in the country.
There are some 60 stalls in the photo exhibition organised by Creative D Private Limited.Inaugurating the expo, senior photographer Baikunthaman Maskey, said there were good possibilities for the development of photography; however, it has been shadowed in the lack of proper efforts. He added the expo would be beneficial to understand about the new technology and equipments.
The exhibition has been supported by Nepal Photograph Association and sponsored by different organizations related to photography.
