Pipe bomb goes off in Banepa‚ no damage: Police

KAVRE: A bomb went off at a local town in Banepa on Monday morning.
The pipe bomb--a small homemade bomb usually contained in a metal pipe-- was planted at a garbage disposal site near to Dursanchar Chowk ,said Police Inspector Khem Acharya.
"But the explosive didn't cause any damage."
According to Inspector Acharya, pamphlets mentioning the name of Biswabhumi Sena Bishal-Nepal were found scattered at the bomb blow-up site.
The Biswabhumi Sena Bishal-Nepal's message has accused political stakeholders for trying to divide country in the name of Democracy and Republic.
Meanwhile, further investigating into the case is underway.
